Kamifurano Town provides WiFi service to connect internet. This service will be available within the public facilities since July 1 2014
(Purpose)
1. Kamifurano Town decided on Kamifurano Town WiFi Acceptable Use Policy. That is why Users use this service comfortably.
(Users)
2.1. Users are only individuals who agree to Kamifurano Town WiFi Use Policy.
2.2. Corporations, Groups, Parties, or Other organizations are not allowed to use the service without permission.
(Service)
3. The service is Connecting Internet for users with wireless LAN at WiFi spot of public facilities.
(Places and terms)
4. Places and terms are decided on attached list. And Kamifurano Town can change the list.
(Charge)
5. Charge of use the service is free.
(Rules Things to be obeyed)
6.1. Users shall prepare hardware, software, other devices, and services necessary for their respective use of the Services.
6.2. Users shall prepare a power supply for use.
6.3. Users shall follow laws related to the service.
6.4. Users shall secure safety with using the service on their own responsibilities.
(Suspend Users use)
7. Kamifurano Town can suspend users from using the service without a notification in the case as follow.
1) Users violate Kamifurano Town WiFi Acceptable Use Policy.
2) Kamifurano Town regards users as improper.
(Acquisition of access information)
8. Kamifurano Town can acquire information of use history that is time, access point, MAC address of device accessing to internet in the case as follow only.
1) Investigation of the use situation.
2) Statistics to improve the service.
(Prohibited matters)
9. Users shall not commit any of the matters listed as follows.
1) An act infringing or likely to infringe on any property, privacy, copyright, or other moral right of any other User, or third party.
2) An act causing or likely to cause disadvantage or detriment to any other User, third party, Kamifurano Town, or the Services.
3) Slandering, Abusing, Hurting any other or third party.
4) An act contravening or likely to contravene public policy, or uploading or submitting any information contravening public policy to make it available to any other User or third party.
5) A criminal act or an act leading to a criminal act, or an act likely to constitute the foregoing.
6) An activity relating to sex-related entertainment by use of the Services
7) Transmission or provision of a computer virus or any other malicious computer program through the Services.
8) Mass mailings intended for advertising or solicitation targeting many and unspecified or specified third parties by use of the Services.
9) An act violating or likely to violate law. Or an act Town regards improper.
(Suspension of the service)
10. Kamifurano Town shall stop service as matters listed follow.
1) Case of Maintain or construct system regularly or emergency.
2) If Kamifurano Town can not serve because of a riot, a disturbance, a labor dispute, an earthquake, an eruption, a flood, a tsunami, a fire, a blackout, and other emergency.
3) An Obstacle of system or network, and other reason.
4) Kamifurano Town regard service stopped.
(Extemption from Liability)
11.1. The Kamifurano Town does not assure any kind of accuracy, usefulness, integrity, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other aspect of any information or other contents that may be obtained by Users through the Services.
11.2 Kamifurano Town shall not in any way be liable for data leakage, data loss, or any other damages that may be suffered by any User or third party in connection with the provision of the Services or delay, modification, discontinuation or suspension of the Services, or otherwise in connection with the Services.
11.3. Users shall pay the cost through the service whether what is reason or not.
11.4. Users shall prepare hardware, software, other devices, and services necessary for their respective use of the Services and conform to the agreements concerning the use of such devices or services. In this regard, the Company shall not in any way be liable for any damages that may be suffered by Users as a result of using such devices or services.
11.5. If a dispute arises between any User and a third party, Kamifurano Town shall not in any way be liable for such dispute.
11.6. Kamifurano Town record user access log, and can limited user access to specified sites.
(Policy Updates)
12. Kamifurano Town can change this acceptable use policy without a nortification.
